The Wedding Specialist will guide clients through planning their destination wedding, from initial consultation to the big day.   • Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their vision for their wedding.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on destination options, venues, vendors, and services.
  • Assist clients with budget planning and management, helping them make informed decisions that align with their financial goals.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the wedding planning process, including travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, activities, and entertainment.
  • Serve as clients’ primary point of contact throughout the planning process, ensuring precise and timely communication at every stage.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to negotiate contracts, secure bookings, and coordinate logistics.
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to wedding planning, including contracts, payments, and documentation.
  • Follow up with clients after the wedding to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a travel agent, event coordinator, or hospitality manager is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and travel as needed.
